Responsibilities

• Assigning freight to company drivers for optimal efficiency.
• Ensuring the best use of driver capacity and resources.
• Providing feedback to leadership regarding challenges with capacity and customers.
• Collaborating closely with drivers and customers to solve operational issues.
• Completing administrative tasks and utilizing tracking systems to monitor progress.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED (required).
• One year of operations experience (preferred).
• Seeking a full-time, entry-level opportunity.
• Comfortable working overnight hours, 3rd shift (11pm‑7:30am).

Skills

• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
