Customer Support Specialist
About the Role
NexxaWorks is seeking a Customer Support Specialist for hands-on work centered on customer resolution and the day-to-day demands of strategic marketing, brand development, digital campaigns, content, social media, audience analysis, and client delivery. The position applies customer support specialized execution within brand development operations to live work, making accuracy and traceable follow-through more important than superficial speed.
Responsibilities
- Review the Customer Support Specialist workflow by helping the team escalate complex cases with enough context for the next owner.
- Maintain the workflow by handling assigned customer or client requests.
- Track the workflow by reviewing available case history before responding.
- Own the workflow by resolving routine issues within approved authority.
- Coordinate the workflow by documenting commitments and next actions.
- Use Brand Development Support and Queue Management confidently in customer support execution.
- Apply Knowledge Base without losing track of exceptions, owners, or deadlines.
- Document Multichannel Support decisions clearly for teammates to follow.
- Use sound judgment around Audience Analysis, especially when escalation is required.
Expected Contribution
Quality is visible when customer resolution is accurate enough for others to act on and unresolved items are documented rather than guessed. For NexxaWorks, this is measured through customer support specialized execution within brand development operations.
Work Arrangement
Full-time, associate-level position. 100% remote within the United States.
Pay
Base salary: $40,000–$60,000 per year.
