What You’ll Do
- Proactively reach out to customers regarding upcoming or overdue equipment recalibrations and safety testing
- Prepare clear, accurate service quotes and respond to customer inquiries
- Possess a partnership with Outside Sales Representatives to support quoting and customer needs
- Maintain accurate customer and equipment records in our CRM and internal systems
- Utilize tools like CalMapp and CRM to track follow-ups and identify service opportunities
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed communication history
- Log customer concerns and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly
- Work cross-functionally to ensure services are delivered accurately and on time
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in customer service, sales support, quoting, or a similar role preferred
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
- Comfortable making follow-up calls and building long-term customer relationships
- Hightly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (or willingness to learn)
