Customer Support - Order Management

Contract duration: 24 months
Pay rate range: $27.50 - $29.42/hr on W2
Work authorization: USC or GC only

Responsibilities

• Support the supplier on-boarding team on daily activities.
• Perform data analysis on the existing vendor master database.
• Conduct deep dives into the existing vendor database to cleanse and enrich vendor master data.
• Review ordering addresses and remove them where appropriate.
• Determine inactive vendors and block them accordingly.
• Handle bank confirmations for vendor changes.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years administrative, customer service, and/or relevant business experience.
• High school diploma or GED required; business school certification or associate degree preferred.

• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Intercultural awareness and strong interpersonal skills for optimal teamwork.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications; SAP/SRM knowledge preferred.
