Customer Order Management

About the role

This position is a liaison between the sales force and customer service to meet customer expectations, interacting with Marketing, Sales Consultants, Customer Service, and Supply Chain Planners globally. The role is approximately 9am-5:30pm, full-time.

Requirements

• Intermediate skills with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office products
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook
• Working knowledge of SAP ECC Inventory Screens (preferred)
• Good communication skills, both emailing and on the telephone

Qualifications

This is an entry-level position, and the client is looking for US Citizens or GC Holders only, on a contract basis (W2).
