About the Role
The Customer Success Specialist I supports Concentra’s Operations, Sales, and Billing teams with existing account maintenance/management and removal of suspense transactions/revenue in a proprietary database while ensuring data integrity. This role focuses on delivering outstanding patient experience through efficient, high-quality healthcare data management.
Responsibilities
- Complete daily update cases for existing accounts and remove suspense transactions while meeting production requirements and ensuring data quality.
- Input data into a closed-loop proprietary database system and validate accuracy; reject submissions if data is incorrect.
- Identify missing data points, research, and locate necessary information to ensure complete and accurate entries.
- Review and process account updates according to state-specific guidelines and data requirements within defined standard operating procedures.
- Initiate email validation with customers for account verification in compliance with Concentra’s account set-up requirements.
- Build internal relationships with Operations, Sales, and Billing departments.
- Coordinate with Information Systems on technical issues that cannot be resolved through internal troubleshooting.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information (including HIPAA and PHI) in accordance with federal and state laws and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent; some college courses in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- At least six months of experience performing data entry in multiple systems/applications simultaneously.
