Responsibilities

- Develop and implement innovative solutions for challenging artificial lift applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and test new products. - Conduct research and development to improve existing products and processes. - Provide technical support and guidance to customers and partners.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in the oil and gas industry, specifically in artificial lift technologies. - Strong understanding of hydraulic systems, electrical systems, and automation principles. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools.

Qualifications

- Experience with artificial lift technologies such as ESPs, Rod Pumps, and subsea equipment. - Knowledge of materials science and its application in harsh environments. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines.

Skills

- Proficient in MATLAB, Python, or similar programming languages. - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team setting.
