Responsibilities

  • Champion customer outcomes through training, onboarding, and ongoing communication
  • Create retention strategies using customer experiences
  • Train and educate customers, demonstrating Milliman’s value at every touch point
  • Deliver proactive support and guidance leading to customer success
  • Bring new life to an organization’s health plan and influence internal efficiency

Requirements

  • 2+ years in Customer Success, Advocacy, Relationship Management, Account Management, or a similar role
  • Exceptional communication skills, particularly exceptional listening skills
  • Passionate about building and maintaining relationships, advocating for customers, and thinking outside the box
  • Tough skin, a positive attitude, and a desire to understand customer success
  • Adequate experience with SaaS customers or willingness to learn the industry
  • Ability to obtain a Health & Life Insurance license

Skills

Exceptional communication skills, including exceptional listening skills. Passionate about building and maintaining relationships, advocating for customers, and thinking outside the box. Tough skin, a positive attitude, and a desire to understand customer success. Ability to obtain a Health & Life Insurance license. Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred, but not required.

Pay

This is a full-time, non-exempt position. Employees in this role are eligible for overtime pay for hours worked beyond 40 in a workweek.

Schedule

The position is based out of the Milliman office in Omaha, Nebraska. Candidates hired into this role must be willing to work onsite full-time.
