Our Customer Success team is the face of that experience — the first smile a customer sees when they arrive and the last impression we leave when they drive away with their items. Schedule

Multiple shifts available across weekdays and weekends. Hours range from 4:30 AM to 7:00 PM — offering flexibility for a wide range of lifestyles and commitments.

Responsibilities

• Customer Experience: Greet every customer with professionalism and a positive attitude, schedule and manage pickup appointments as needed, process refunds and resolve customer concerns quickly and courteously, and serve as the primary point of contact for customers arriving to retrieve their items.
• Load-Out Operations: Safely and efficiently load customer-purchased merchandise into vehicles, verify outgoing orders for accuracy before release, use handheld scanners or mobile devices to locate and confirm inventory, maintain organized merchandise racks and consolidation areas, and communicate closely with the broader Customer Experience team to ensure timely, smooth pickups.
• General Warehouse Support: Assist with additional warehouse duties as directed by management, follow all company procedures and safety guidelines, and operate warehouse equipment safely and effectively.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of customer service experience is preferred, along with one to two years of warehouse or customer-facing work.
• Strong communication skills and a genuinely positive attitude are essential.
• Candidates must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and dependable with excellent punctuality and attendance.
• Basic computer and data entry skills are required.
• Comfort working in varying weather conditions — both indoors and outdoors — is necessary.
