Customer Success Manager - Texas

About the role

We're hiring our first US Customer Success Manager to own and grow our US customer base. This is a remote role for someone based on the East Coast or Central US, ideally in locations such as Florida, Georgia, Austin, Charlotte, Raleigh, Atlanta, Nashville, or Dallas. The role reports into a UK-based Director of Operations and Customer Success.

The ideal candidate will help level up the Customer Success function, support and eventually lead two junior team members, and bring a modern, AI-enabled approach to Customer Success.

Responsibilities

• Speak directly to customers to drive adoption and grow accounts
• Build and refine Customer Success processes
• Support and eventually lead two junior team members

Requirements

• Strong B2B SaaS or software background
• Experience in construction, industrial, manufacturing, or a similar vertical
• Full US work authorization

Pay

$95,000–$110,000 base salary plus bonus, benefits, and equity.
