About the role
The Customer Success Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting the rapid growth of a fast-growing proptech company that transforms shared living by making long-term rentals safe, easy, and affordable. They will own onboarding and success for landlords, driving lease-ups and operational excellence with high-stakes relationships.
Responsibilities
- Own the customer journey from onboarding to renewal, ensuring smooth transitions and high satisfaction levels.
- Drive lease-ups and operational excellence by managing landlord relationships and addressing their needs effectively.
- Coordinate launches and drive product/process improvements, contributing to the company's mission of shaping proptech's future.
- Work closely with vendors, tenants, engineering, and off-shore support to simplify complex workflows on the phone.
Requirements
- 2 - 4 years of experience in customer success or marketplace operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain high-stakes relationships.
- Experience in managing and driving lease-ups and operational excellence.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proven ability to coordinate launches and drive product/process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience with CRM tools and customer relationship management.
- Understanding of the proptech industry and its challenges.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
