Customer Success Manager DFR Majors - Northwest

Responsibilities

• Build scalable processes for customer on-boarding and post-sales success
• Track and manage implementation projects for enterprise customers
• Develop healthy customer relationships through proactive support
• Quantify product feedback to drive improvements in technology
• Create customer loyalty through effective account management
• Advocate for enterprise customers by understanding their needs
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews to ensure customer satisfaction
• Manage ~20 accounts to drive adoption and ensure renewals

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Public Safety or Law Enforcement customer support
• Proven track record in technology implementation and adoption
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with Unmanned Aircraft Systems and related software
• Proactive customer engagement and metrics management
• Experience in risk assessment for customer renewals and expansions
• Ability to obtain a Part 107 certificate
