Customer Success Manager, DFR Mid-Market - Northeast

Responsibilities

  • Build scalable processes for onboarding and post-sales success
  • Track and manage implementation projects with mid-market enterprise customers
  • Develop strong relationships through proactive support and follow-ups
  • Quantify product feedback and communicate it to engineering teams
  • Advocate for mid-market customers by understanding their specific needs
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews and check-ins to maximize customer value
  • Manage approximately 50 accounts to drive adoption and facilitate renewals

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience in customer success or account management roles
  • Strong knowledge of SLED industries (Public Safety, Law Enforcement)
  • Ability to travel 20% of the time
  • Capability to obtain Part 107 certificate for drone operation
  • Proven track record with technology implementation and cross-functional collaboration
