Responsibilities
- Build scalable processes for onboarding and post-sales success
- Track and manage implementation projects with mid-market enterprise customers
- Develop strong relationships through proactive support and follow-ups
- Quantify product feedback and communicate it to engineering teams
- Advocate for mid-market customers by understanding their specific needs
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews and check-ins to maximize customer value
- Manage approximately 50 accounts to drive adoption and facilitate renewals
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in customer success or account management roles
- Strong knowledge of SLED industries (Public Safety, Law Enforcement)
- Ability to travel 20% of the time
- Capability to obtain Part 107 certificate for drone operation
- Proven track record with technology implementation and cross-functional collaboration
