About the role
We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our Dealer Software Department within the Service and Support team. In this role, you will ensure our dealer clients achieve success with our software solutions, driving adoption, satisfaction, and long-term value.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned dealer accounts, building strong relationships and ensuring their success with our software.
- Proactively monitor account health, identifying risks and opportunities to drive adoption and expansion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Support, Product, Sales) to resolve issues and deliver solutions that meet dealer needs.
- Develop and execute success plans tailored to each dealer’s goals and challenges.
- Conduct regular business reviews to assess performance, gather feedback, and align on future objectives.
- Educate dealers on best practices, new features, and industry trends to maximize software utilization.
- Track and report on key metrics (e.g., adoption, retention, satisfaction) to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related role within the automotive or software industry.
- Strong understanding of dealer operations, DMS (Dealer Management Systems), or automotive retail technology.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and customer success platforms.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a passion for customer advocacy.
