Responsibilities

• Engage customers with enthusiasm and demonstrate product features to enhance their shopping experience.
• Provide outstanding customer service in all interactions.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction through diligent follow-up and service excellence.
• Assist customers with interpreting account statements, paying bills in-store, and processing general service requests.
• Answer questions about current or new services, make account changes, upgrade service levels, and process requests.
• Act as a brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products.
• Provide expert-level understanding and passion for technology, especially around Comcast products and services.
• Maintain detailed sales product knowledge, including competitive information.
• Contribute to a fun and competitive retail environment by connecting products and services to customers’ everyday lifestyles.
• Adhere to retail operational policies and procedures to ensure a consistent and professional store environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexibility to adjust to a work schedule that meets retail operational needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
• Ability to carry and/or lift 25-pound boxes and move around the store constantly.

Pay

Base Pay: $16.00/hour. Total Target Compensation (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission): $23.69/hour. Sales compensation programs offer significant upside above targeted earnings for those who exceed sales targets.
