About the role

This role can be located in one of our approved corporate offices in Seattle, WA and Arlington, VA. Join our team as a Customer Success Manager in Amazon Vendor Services, where you'll support vendor growth through data-driven execution and relationship building.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate vendor initiatives and execute tactical business plans that support growth and improve customer experience
  • Analyze performance metrics and learn to develop data-driven recommendations that drive adoption and ROI
  • Build collaborative relationships with vendors, serving as a reliable point of contact for day-to-day needs
  • Advises vendors on utilizing Amazon tools, policies, and programs while escalating blockers and risks appropriately
  • Identify opportunities to improve team processes and contribute to operational efficiency
  • Leverage internal AI tooling to drive efficiencies and expedite problem solving

Requirements

  • Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 3+ years of vendor management or relevant discipline work experience, data analysis experience including manipulating large datasets from complex systems and interpreting results, proficient in Microsoft Excel, experience in relationship management, excellent professional written and verbal communication skills, time management
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience using BI Tools, process improvement experience, project management experience, 4+ years of e-commerce or retail industry experience, professional experience in Buying, Planning or Merchandising, advanced degree, certifications or equivalent experience, experience working with diverse stakeholders and teams, ability to recognize opportunities where generative AI could enhance products, workflows, or customer experiences
