What You'll Do

  • Own post-sale success and project management for Ready Mix Concrete customers: onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion
  • Manage multiple projects at once, tracking milestones, coordinating across teams, and keeping delivery on track
  • Build and execute success plans aligned with customer goals and Pathways' product capabilities
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to surface feedback and help shape roadmap priorities
  • Track customer health, usage, and adoption metrics to identify risks and opportunities

What We're Looking For

  • Knowledge of the concrete industry is a must, you need to speak the lingo, understand the industry dynamics, and know how the key players operate
  • 3–5 years of experience in Customer Success or Project Management
  • Strong project management skills; you keep complex work streams organized and moving
  • Tech-savvy: you can grasp and communicate technical concepts
  • Comfortable with AI tools; you use AI in daily workflows to stay organized, efficient, and proactive
  • Driven by Pathways' mission to decarbonize the built environment
  • Must be fully authorized to work in the United States and not require visa sponsorship
