What You'll Do
- Own post-sale success and project management for Ready Mix Concrete customers: onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion
- Manage multiple projects at once, tracking milestones, coordinating across teams, and keeping delivery on track
- Build and execute success plans aligned with customer goals and Pathways' product capabilities
- Partner with Product and Engineering to surface feedback and help shape roadmap priorities
- Track customer health, usage, and adoption metrics to identify risks and opportunities
What We're Looking For
- Knowledge of the concrete industry is a must, you need to speak the lingo, understand the industry dynamics, and know how the key players operate
- 3–5 years of experience in Customer Success or Project Management
- Strong project management skills; you keep complex work streams organized and moving
- Tech-savvy: you can grasp and communicate technical concepts
- Comfortable with AI tools; you use AI in daily workflows to stay organized, efficient, and proactive
- Driven by Pathways' mission to decarbonize the built environment
- Must be fully authorized to work in the United States and not require visa sponsorship
