Customer Success Coordinator - Project & Customer Coordination

What You'll Do

• Cook up customer onboarding after the sale
• Set up training, deliveries, and customer meetings
• Inform customers about their projects
• Handle Tier 1 customer inquiries and escalate technical issues
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales, Operations, and Service
• Track customer projects to meet deadlines
• Keep CRM records and customer communications updated
• Support dealer partners and internal teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Customer service, hospitality, retail leadership, project coordination, operations, or administrative experience
• Experience with CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
• Microsoft Office or Google Workspace proficiency
