About the role

The Customer Success Coordinator operates within cultural, heritage, pilgrimage, and group-tour planning, supporting destination, booking, supplier, sales-support, and traveler-service workflows. This role focuses on customer success through service resolution, ensuring confirmed facts, pending dependencies, and exceptions are visibly separated and managed.

Responsibilities

  • Document customer success-focused coordination with issue resolution, ensuring each checkpoint includes a visible source, owner, status, and next action within the context of cultural, heritage, pilgrimage, and group-tour planning workflows.
  • Maintain role documentation with status tracking, adhering to a customer-focused, success-focused, and coordination-owned work profile.
  • Reconcile case management with deadline management, ensuring traceability and accountability for all tasks.
  • Coordinate documentation with reporting to maintain clarity and transparency in workflows.
  • Review quality control and workflow management to surface repeated errors before they result in downstream rework.

  • Apply data accuracy while managing evidence and deadlines in a customer success-focused workflow.

  • Exercise judgment in follow-up actions, especially when coordination depends on external confirmations rather than assumptions.
  • Ensure role-specific handoffs meet the combined standards of customer success coordination, data accuracy, and reporting; work remains open until these signals are current.

Position Details

This is a full-time, associate-level role, 100% remote within the United States.

Pay

Base salary: $40,000–$60,000 per year.
