This Customer Success Coordinator role operates within an international education and study/work-abroad platform that connects students with institutions and advises on program selection and enrollment. The position focuses on service resolution through customer success coordination, ensuring clear separation of confirmed facts, pending dependencies, and exceptions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer success efforts with issue resolution, ensuring each checkpoint includes a visible source, owner, status, and next action within the international education and study/work-abroad context.
• Review and track work and study travel job documentation, maintaining visibility of source, owner, status, and next steps.
• Document case management with deadline management, ensuring traceability and accountability.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and reporting for customer success coordination.
• Reconcile quality control with workflow management, surfacing repeated errors before they result in downstream rework.

Key Standards and Practices

• Quality Standard: Ensure service resolution remains usable under the specific demands of the international education platform. Completed work must be traceable, unresolved items must have clear owners, and errors must be identified early.

Pay

Base salary: $40,000–$60,000 per year.

Schedule

Full-time, 100% remote within the United States.
