Customer Success Associate

Day to day, you will spend your time in conversation with customers over email, chat, and phone, helping them get the most out of the product and resolving issues before they become frustrations. Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer questions via email, chat, and phone
- Onboard new customers and guide them through initial product setup
- Troubleshoot basic account and product issues, escalating complex cases as needed
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM
- Monitor customer health metrics and flag at-risk accounts to senior team members
- Follow up proactively with customers to ensure satisfaction after issue resolution
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to relay customer feedback
- Contribute to and help maintain the customer help center and FAQ content
- Meet weekly response time and customer satisfaction targets
- Participate in team trainings to stay current on product updates
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- 0 to 1 year of experience in customer service, support, or a related client-facing role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable learning new software tools and CRM systems quickly
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace for remote work
- Ability to manage multiple conversations and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, patient attitude when working through customer concerns
- Basic familiarity with tools like Zendesk, Intercom, or Salesforce is a plus
- Availability to work standard US business hours

Pay
The salary range for this role is $58,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. Additional compensation and benefits details will be shared during the hiring process.
