About the role

You run the day-to-day of getting new clinics live on Simbie — information gathering, EHR access, scenario testing, go-live monitoring. You're a strong project manager who tracks many parallel clinic threads at once and chases down blockers relentlessly. You own each clinic from signed contract through go-live and a confirmed handoff to our Ongoing team.

Responsibilities

  • Run active onboardings end-to-end: information collection and organization, recording setup, EHR access, scenario doc prep
  • Own testing cycles: build expected-vs-actual scenario docs, execute test and retest queues, hold the line on pass-rate discipline
  • Monitor go-lives and drive clinics to a clean handoff
  • Coordinate heavily with engineering to keep things moving
  • Chase blockers relentlessly — the #1 way this role fails is letting a clinic stall waiting on an IT team or EHR access
  • Flag repeatable manual work for automation — you're closest to the process, so you're expected to spot what shouldn't be done by hand twice

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of client-facing or operational experience; high-slope operators encouraged to apply even with less traditional CS background
  • Comfortable with structured testing and process discipline (scenario docs, pass/fail tracking)
  • Highly communicative, clear and warm with clinic staff
  • Owner mindset — follows through without being chased, closes loops without being asked
  • Healthcare-operations fluency strongly preferred (practice management, medical office ops, EHR familiarity)
  • Comfortable in ambiguity and fast-changing process (early-stage environment)

Background signals: implementation coordinator, EHR go-live analyst, clinic operations lead

Benefits

  • Competitive salary + early-team equity
  • Real operational ownership
  • Agents you help deploy touch thousands of patients, improve patient care and outcomes, and shape how medicine is practiced today
  • Small, high-trust team; opportunities for growth

We've done the hardest thing in healthcare: proven distribution. You'll be the person who makes the product real for every customer we bring on — and who helps us build the deployment processes that scale with the company.
