Responsibilities
- Provide operational support for your accounts by prioritizing between standard daily duties and ad hoc requests
- Manage the entry of pickup and delivery requests for client shipments
- Aid in resolving Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable issues
- Collaborate with Account Executives and Sr Account Executives to provide world-class customer service to clients
- Proactively communicate issues to the team
- Manage relationships within accounts
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required
- Two-year community college or vocational degree is preferred
- One to two years of experience in customer service or logistics is required
- A proven track record in handling multiple tasks and problem-solving when dealing with difficult customer issues is preferred
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel are required
- The ability to follow standard operating procedures with minimal supervision is essential
- Clear, concise communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary to effectively assist both external and internal customers
- The ability to manage time and accomplish tasks efficiently is required
- The ability to anticipate and address customer needs proactively is important
