Customer Success Coordinator

Position Overview

As a Customer Success Coordinator with DynamiX, you will work with amazing companies from Atlanta and beyond. Your role is to serve as a primary point of contact for client needs, help educate clients on Octane and current best practices, and keep clients updated on internal initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer-related matters post-launch.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to the project scope.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives and improve their projects.
• Keep timely contact with clients through regular emails, phone calls, and appointments.
• Manage ongoing support for retainer and non-retainer clients.
• Develop a thorough understanding of Octane, our CMS platform.

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
• Strong organizational, presentation, and customer service skills.
• Strong technical proficiency.
• Team player: effectively able to drive execution and own responsibility for the overall success of implementations.
• Positive, solution-oriented attitude; the words “not my job” are not in your vocabulary.
• Self-motivated.
