El Segundo GTM / Full Time / On-site apply for this job About Circadia Health Circadia Health is a growth-stage healthcare AI company on a mission to prevent avoidable hospitalizations and transform senior-care operations. Our Circadia Intelligence Platform combines: Contactless sensing that monitors respiration and motion with medical-grade accuracyNative predictive models that detect 85% of preventable adverse events several days in advanceEnterprise integrations that operationalize predictions directly inside EHR, care-coordination, billing, and compliance workflows Today, our technology touches 40,000+ post-acute patients daily across skilled-nursing, home-health, and home-care networks. We are backed by leading healthcare and AI investors and headquartered in El Segundo, CA. The Role Circadia is hiring a Customer Strategy & Operations member to solve two problems that a traditional customer success function cannot: (1) enterprise customers whose deployments demand rigorous, detailed program management — multi-site rollouts, cross-functional dependencies, executive stakeholder management, and structured operating cadences — and (2) the launch of new verticals and products where no playbook exists yet. This is an analytical owner-operator role, not a relationship manager. You will own a portfolio of enterprise accounts and new-segment launches end to end: scoping late-stage deals, running implementations, driving accounts to measurable clinical and financial outcomes, and redesigning workflows when the data says the motion is breaking. You will be the connective tissue between our customers and our Product, Engineering, ML, and Clinical teams. This is a builder’s role at a fast-scaling startup. You will own outcomes, not tickets. What You’ll Do Own enterprise program management end to end: run structured implementations and rollouts for Circadia’s largest customers — project plans, dependency mapping, executive business reviews, escalation paths, and the operating cadence that keeps multi-site deployments on schedule.Drive measurable customer outcomes: own the metrics that matter — time-to-live for new deployments, utilization, readmission reduction, and expansion revenue — and be accountable for moving them.Launch new verticals and products: stand up the go-to-market and operating playbook for new segments and product lines where one does not exist yet, then systematize it so the next launch is faster.Go deep in the data: root-cause customer issues through hands-on analysis, build the reporting that surfaces where programs break, and turn findings into data-informed recommendations and workflow redesigns.Translate the field into the product: lead deep-dive discovery on complex customer workflows and partner with Product, Engineering, ML, and Clinical to turn what you learn into scalable product solutions.Support the deal-to-delivery handoff: plug into late-stage enterprise deals to scope programs correctly, then own the conversion of contracted revenue into live, healthy deployments.Build the playbook: document what works — implementation templates, escalation frameworks, account operating models — so the function scales beyond you. Who You Are 2–6 years of experience in Strategy & Operations at a high-growth startup (DoorDash, Uber, Opendoor, or similar archetype), management consulting, banking, or enterprise program management.A demonstrated track record of owning and driving key business outcomes on high-performing teams — you have carried a number, a launch, or a portfolio.Strong analytical chops: comfortable digging into raw data to root-cause problems and defending recommendations with evidence. SQL or advanced spreadsheet fluency preferred.A systems thinker who instinctively maps dependencies and understands how early configuration choices shape long-term customer success.A structured program manager who can run complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deployments that a typical CSM cannot.Startup fit is non-negotiable: you roll up your sleeves, believe done is better than perfect, know which corners are safe to cut, and operate with urgency and accountability.A clear, concise communicator — you make complicated things simple, in person and in writing, up to the C-suite.Bonus: experience in healthcare technology, post-acute care, or healthcare financial services. $110,000 - $150,000 a year As a full-time member of Customer Strategy & Operations, you will be employed by Circadia Health, Inc. The anticipated annual base salary range for this full-time position is $110,000 - $150,000. The base range is determined by role and level, and placement within the range will depend on a number of job-related factors, including but not limited to your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Annual salary is only one part of an employee's total compensation package at Circadia Health. We also offer: 100% company-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage401(k)Competitive time off with pay policies including vacation, sick days, and company holidaysImpact: your work will influence care decisions for tens of thousands of seniors every day.Culture: hard-working, mission-driven, and collaborative — with weekly and monthly social events like yoga, beach bonfires, and Wednesday/Friday team lunches. All employment decisions are based on business needs, job requirements, and individual qualifications, without regard to race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy, sexual orientation, or gender identity), national origin, age, disability, genetic information, veteran status, or any other status protected by law.
