About the role

Candid Health is seeking multiple Customer Strategy & Operations team members in 2026. The team has grown significantly over the past year, and we're excited to bring on new talent to support our continued expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Owning a portfolio of current customers and ensuring they achieve world-class revenue cycle outcomes.
  • Working directly with customers to understand their challenges and develop solutions, including root-cause analysis and workflow redesign.
  • Collaborating with internal teams such as RCM, Customer Support, Product, Design, and Engineering to implement solutions.
  • Developing and implementing end-to-end implementation roadmaps for new customers, focusing on seamless platform launches and driving revenue recognition.
  • Performing data analysis to identify root causes of customer issues and providing data-informed recommendations for solutions.
  • Leading deep-dive discovery sessions to navigate complex workflow requirements and translating customer needs into scalable product solutions.
  • Maximizing the value Candid delivers for its customers, helping ensure higher claim payment rates, faster processing, and reduced effort.

Requirements

You must have 1-3 years of experience, a proven track record of driving key business outcomes, and a strong ability to map out dependencies and understand the long-term impact of early configuration choices. You should enjoy identifying problems and designing product features to address them, and be comfortable rolling up your sleeves to get the work done.

Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare technology and/or healthcare financial services is a plus.

Skills

  • Systems thinking and the ability to understand how early configuration choices impact long-term success.
  • Strong communication skills, able to explain complicated ideas in simple terms.

Benefits

The estimated starting annual salary range for this position is $95,000 - $140,000 USD. Total compensation includes base salary, equity, sales incentives (for sales roles), and employee benefits. We highly value the potential upside from equity in our compensation package.

The estimated starting annual salary range for this position is $95,000 - $140,000 USD.

Schedule

The ideal weekly schedule is 4 days in-office and 1 day working remotely. Travel may be up to 25% depending on the focus of your role.
