About the role

The Forward Engineering Team at Candid is seeking an experienced individual to join our dynamic and innovative environment. This role will focus on working closely with customers to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.

Responsibilities

• Work with customer teams to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement in medical billing processes.
• Develop and implement solutions that streamline payment workflows and reduce costs for healthcare providers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new solutions into existing systems.
• Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes impacting medical billing and payment processing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare IT or related field.
• Strong understanding of healthcare billing and payment systems.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
