We need to produce HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes mission statement, description, responsibilities, qualifications, benefits, pay, schedule, etc. Need to follow rules: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading. Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We need to extract substantive content: The posting includes mission statement (first paragraph). Then "Where Is The Work Monday to Thursday, work onsite with your colleagues. Fridays, choose your work location, balancing what your work requires." That's schedule info. Then description of role: "As the Customer Specialist, you will be a trusted advisor..." etc. Then responsibilities broken into Customer Facing (75%), Operations (20%), Back office (5%). Also includes Travel, Winning Culture, Supervisory Responsibilities (none). Then Qualifications: education/experience, key competencies. Then Annual Base Salary Range Or Hourly Base Pay Range $50,800.00 - $102,690.00. Compensation Type Exception Hourly Incentive Eligible Yes Sales Commission Eligible No. Then disclaimer about compensation. Then benefits: "Thrive At Work And At Home Benefits kick in on DAY ONE..." etc. Then safety sensitive role yes. Then EEO boilerplate (remove). Also "We offer competitive compensation..." etc (maybe keep as part of benefits? but it's generic). We need to remove boilerplate: EEO, equal-opportunity, scam-warning, etc. Also remove duplicated lines. We need to decide sections: Could have About the role (mission + description), Responsibilities (maybe combine Customer Facing, Operations, Back office), Qualifications (education/experience + key competencies), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Also maybe Travel? Could be part of Responsibilities or Qualifications? Travel is a requirement: "Must be able and willing to travel or work from multiple stores..." Could be part of Qualifications or Responsibilities. Probably include under Responsibilities or a separate "Travel" but not a standard heading. The allowed headings list includes About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can use Requirements for things like travel, safety sensitive, supervisory responsibilities? But we should not create sections with filler. We have substantive content for Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Also maybe About the role (mission + role description). Let's craft. We need to use

  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. We must preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include details like percentages, bullet points. We need to avoid boilerplate: EEO, disclaimer about compensation? The disclaimer about compensation is somewhat generic but it's part of compensation info; maybe we keep it as part of Pay section? It says "Disclaimer: We strive to provide competitive compensation...". That's not boilerplate? It's a disclaimer but it's about compensation. Might be considered boilerplate but it's part of the posting. The instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." This disclaimer is legal? Might be considered legal boilerplate. Safer to remove it? But we need to preserve ALL substantive information; the disclaimer is not substantive info about the job, it's a legal note. I'd remove it. Similarly benefits disclaimer: "Disclaimer: Benefit offerings may vary by site..." also legal; remove. Also safety sensitive role yes is substantive? It indicates role is safety sensitive; keep maybe under Requirements or Qualifications. The EEO paragraph definitely remove. Also "We offer competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits and programs." is generic; could be removed. Now let's extract substantive content: Mission/intro: "Be a part of our mission! As a world leader in creating comfortable, sustainable, and efficient climate solutions for buildings, homes and transportation, it's our responsibility to put the planet first. For us at Trane Technologies, and through our businesses including Trane® and Thermo King, sustainability is not just how we do business—it is our business. Do you dare to look at the world's challenges and see impactful possibilities? Do you want to contribute to making a better future? If the answer is yes, we invite you to consider joining us in boldly challenging what's possible for a sustainable world. Learn about our benefits designed for you to Thrive at work and at home. We boldly go." That's prose. Work schedule: "Where Is The Work Monday to Thursday, work onsite with your colleagues. Fridays, choose your work location, balancing what your work requires." Safety Sensitive Role: Yes We should also maybe include "Safety Sensitive Role Yes" as a note under Requirements or Qualifications. Now we need to format with headings

. Use sections: About the role (mission + role description?), Responsibilities (maybe combine Customer Facing, Operations, Back office, Travel, Winning Culture?), Qualifications (education/experience + key competencies), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide what goes where. About the role: Could include mission statement and role description (the paragraph about being a trusted advisor). That seems appropriate. Responsibilities: Should include the detailed responsibilities broken down (Customer Facing, Operations, Back office, Travel, Winning Culture). Also maybe supervisory responsibilities note (none). We'll include as lists. Qualifications: Education/experience and key competencies. Benefits: list of benefits. Pay: salary range and compensation type details. Schedule: work schedule (Mon-Thu onsite, Fri flexible). Also mention expected to work onsite at minimum 4 days a week, may be more than 4 days if needed. That's schedule. We should not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Now we need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown. We'll produce something like:
