• Balancing multiple chats.
• Offering product information, resolving shipping concerns, and sharing promotions as a brand ambassador.

Requirements

• You are comfortable with the Internet and e-commerce and have excellent computer skills.
• You understand retail is an ever-changing industry and remain flexible.
• 6 months of call center experience preferred.
