About the role
At RadarFirst, you will be part of a team solving problems that matter. Your responsibilities will involve working with complex regulatory decisions, particularly in areas like AI governance and global privacy incidents.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain regulatory risk assessments and AI governance strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with evolving regulations
- Conduct research on emerging trends and technologies impacting regulatory landscapes
- Prepare and present findings to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Support the implementation and monitoring of regulatory policies and guidelines
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Law, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in regulatory compliance or AI governance
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
- Strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations, including GDPR, CCPA, and others
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Proven ability to analyze and interpret complex regulatory documents
- Experience with AI and machine learning concepts
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Skills
- Proficiency in legal research and analysis
- Experience with regulatory compliance software
- Strong writing and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
