About the role

We are seeking a Customer Solutions Manager (CSM) to join our Strategic Accounts team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding AWS customers through their multi-year cloud journey, ensuring all AWS teams are collaborating effectively, and helping customers achieve their digital transformation goals.

Responsibilities

  • Accelerate AWS adoption through delivery and execution
  • Identify and align on strategic opportunities
  • Customer enablement, serving as the customer’s cloud journey coach and advocating for customer needs
  • Implement governance structures to effectively govern both the partnership with the customer and the customer’s adoption of AWS

Requirements

  • 3+ years of leading large-scale, technical or engineering programs with a proven track record of thought leadership, business case development, realizing customer benefits, and successful program completion
  • 3+ years of work in enterprise IT, either as a vendor, consultant, or have prior experience working with or managing technical programs
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, or a related field
  • Experience working in enterprise IT, either as a vendor, consultant, or have prior experience working with or managing technical programs
  • Experience in customer-facing roles

Qualifications

  • Basic qualifications include 3+ years of leading large-scale, technical or engineering programs, a bachelor's degree in a related field, and experience in enterprise IT.
  • Preferred qualifications include AWS or other cloud certifications, knowledge of the software development/engineering lifecycle, and experience coordinating between project teams and customers.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $150,000 annually, depending on your qualifications and experience.

Schedule

This role requires 15% - 30% travel across the calendar year to the customer.
