About the role

The team is seeking a Customer Solutions Manager (CSM) to help SMB customers realize sustained business value by accelerating their digital transformation journey. The successful candidate will help customers design and rapidly execute strategic migrations to the AWS cloud and build modern, cloud native solutions that fulfill their highest ambitions.

Responsibilities

  • Pay attention to detail but think big on behalf of our customers, build repeatable solutions that scale across customers
  • Use data to make decisions, express yourself thoughtfully verbally and in writing
  • Own and drive execution excellence for the end-to-end customer cloud journey (e.g., technical, operational, organizational, and educational)
  • Identify strategic opportunities, uncover AI use cases, establish roadmaps and actionable program plans
  • Orchestrate advanced technical architectures, establish programmatic governance
  • Build repeatable solutions that scale across customers
  • Accelerate customer adoption through education and engagement
  • Assist customers in identifying use cases for priority adoption of AWS as well as best practice implementations
  • Manage time efficiently, meet personal goals, and work effectively with other members of the sales and marketing team

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of leading large-scale, technical or engineering programs with a proven record of thought leadership, business case development, realizing customer benefits, and successful program completion experience
  • 5+ years of work in enterprise IT, either as a vendor, consultant or have prior experience working with or managing technical programs experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, or a related field
  • Experience in leading large-scale, technical or engineering programs with a proven record of thought leadership, business case development, realizing customer benefits, and successful program completion
  • Experience working in enterprise IT, either as a vendor, consultant or have prior experience working with or managing technical programs
  • Experience in customer-facing roles
