Responsibilities

  • Serve as an on-site asset management resource for key customer accounts, ensuring seamless laboratory operations and exceptional service delivery.
  • Coordinate lab instrument services.
  • Maintain accurate inventory systems.
  • Build strong relationships with scientists, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Manage operations according to program contracts and statements of work.
  • Cook up maintenance schedules, track work orders, and maintain detailed asset records.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required and 1+ year experience in a laboratory setting preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with various levels of personnel.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and documentation abilities.
  • Physical capability to walk, stand, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in laboratory environments.
  • Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (lab coats, safety gear, etc.).
  • Problem-solving skills and commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and customer needs.

Qualifications

  • Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree required and 1+ year experience in a laboratory setting preferred.

Skills
