Responsibilities
Customer service representatives will communicate with clients daily, generating leads from current customers, making policy changes, and assisting with insurance needs. Key duties include:
- Generate leads from current customers
- Make policy changes
- Assist with client insurance needs
- Receive fully trained/validated in 90 days
- Eligible for uncapped bonus structure
- Paid time off, holidays off, weekends off

- Salary range: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Requirements
- Strong computer knowledge
- Polite, well-spoken, approachable demeanor
- Genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful, and be coachable

- Generate leads from existing clients
- Retain current clients through excellent customer service

Qualifications
- No insurance knowledge required for this position
- Agency will pay licensing costs
- Must have 2-20 or 20-44 license and meet agency performance standards to work remotely
