Customer Service Teller - Dallas

Responsibilities

• Provide a pleasant and efficient banking experience to all customers
• Identify customer needs beyond normal teller transactions and refer them to other First Keystone Community Bank team members who can assist further

Qualifications

• Retail or sales-minded individual with an emphasis on quality customer service and attention to detail
• Previous experience with cash handling or customer service is preferred
• Ability to identify customer needs beyond normal teller transactions

Schedule

• Full-time position with approximately 37.5 hours per week
• Includes Saturday mornings
