Customer Service Switchboard
Responsibilities
Handle customer service inquiries and problems.
Provide orientation and education for various types of equipment to customers.
May also include instructions on patient owned repairs.
Use systems for tracking, information gathering, or troubleshooting.
Respond to inquiries and may refer customers to secondary sources.
Maintain records as appropriate.
Requirements
- High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Preferences
- Sat and Sun- 0500-0900 (will likely become 8 hour shifts).
- Potential to fill in as needed during the following shifts: 0700-1900 and 0900-0700 (Sunday-Saturday).
- M-F 0500-1330, 0700-1530, and 1100-1730.
