1st June 2022 Department CUSTOMER SERVICE & SUPPORT Designation Operation -Customer Service Year of Experience 1 TO 3years Education Qualification Any Graduate/Post Graduate /MBA Package 1.80lac to 2.40lac Industry Banking/Financial Service/NBFC/ Broking Location Mumbai Position Type ON-ROLL/OFF-ROLL Position Reports to Job Profile Follow up lead prospects that are generated by internal/external sourcesUnderstanding the need of the customer and helping the customer to choose the right financial product as per their eligibilityVerify customer details and guide them through an application gatewayEnsure follow-up by passing leads to appropriate team membersExplain to customers loans and credit options that are available, as well as the terms of those services.Explaining the customers/ BA about the loan application status and discrepanciesManaging customer centric operation and ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery timelines and service quality norms.Serves customers or partners by determining requirements; answering inquiries; resolving problemsMaintaining and assist in strengthening internal controls systemInterface with clients for suggesting the most viable product range and cultivating relations with them for securing repeat business.Any other administrative work as and when needed in operations Governances/ Reporting Skill/Knowledge Experience of working in a similar fintech NBFC is preferableRelevant experience in end to end retail asset operationsShould have good communication skillsSelf-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasmExceptional verbal communication, MIS and presentation skillsInterpersonal and problem solving skills Share this...
