Job Duties
- Effectively communicates with the Customer Service Representatives to establish overall customer satisfaction
- Respond to written and email communications
- Enter customer orders by identifying the product, quantity, and required delivery date
- Accurately update and maintain customer information and order status
- Maintain a database of customer special requests and item or product setup
- Prepare periodic order status reports for customers
- Interact with CRM and ERP tools to satisfy customer requests and support the Sales team
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or 2+ years of experience in Customer Service or relevant experience
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Excel and Word
- Microsoft NAV, Peoplesoft, and/or ERP system experience is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work individually and in a team
- Ability to handle multiple and diverse tasks under deadline pressure
- Ability to work with all levels of employees and management
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through required
