About the role

Join Bob’s Discount Furniture as a Customer Service Support Associate- Bob Squad and be a key part of delivering exceptional support throughout the customer journey. In this omnichannel role, you’ll assist guests in person, over the phone, and across digital platforms to ensure a smooth and satisfying shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests in person, over the phone, and across digital platforms to ensure a smooth and satisfying shopping experience.
• Use technology and service skills to represent Bob’s with integrity, enthusiasm, and care.
• Support multiple functions in a dynamic retail environment, including order entry, cash handling, and payment processing.
• Manage calls and support store teams effectively.
• Use problem-solving and root cause analysis to address guest inquiries and issues.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old to be considered for employment with Bob’s.
• Strong verbal communication, judgment, and customer service skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Ability to work flexible retail hours and stand/walk on showroom floor, sit, and perform computer-based work at a desk.
• Ability to speak clearly on phone and use standard office equipment.
