- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner, ensuring a positive experience.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions in our systems.
- Collaborate with internal lending specialists to ensure a seamless and efficient customer journey.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in a customer service or client-facing role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and friendly telephone manner.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think on your feet.
- A genuine sense of empathy and a passion for helping customers succeed.
- The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a remote environment.
- Proficiency in standard office software and a high level of digital literacy.
- Previous experience in the financial services or lending industry is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with CRM software would be an advantage.
