Qualifications
- 3 years customer service experience in a call center is preferred.
- An associates or bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred or equivalent years of customer service experience.

- Knowledge of annuities, investments, and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in various computer systems and online resources.
