Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

About the role

Property Manager responsible for overseeing multiple storage locations, working independently both indoors and outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and promote packing/moving supplies
• Conduct daily inspections to ensure unit availability and inventory accuracy
• Manage cash drawers, make bank deposits, and handle payments, reminders, and collections
• Maintain facility cleanliness and exterior grounds
• Perform physical tasks including moving items up to 35 pounds, climbing stairs, and opening large doors

Qualifications & Skills

• Customer service experience from retail, restaurant, or service industries
• Valid driver's license and own vehicle for travel between locations (mileage reimbursement provided)
• Ability to perform physical activities and outdoor tasks
• Strong communication and organizational skills
