Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

Schedule

• Flexible and full-time schedules between 9:30 AM and 6:00 PM (weekends until 5:00 PM)
• Eligibility for full-time benefits by working an average of 20+ hours per week

Responsibilities

• Work independently at multiple locations, both inside and outside
• Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies
• Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits
• Assist customers with payment reminders and collections
• Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks, including sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds

Requirements

• Ability to lift/move items weighing up to 35 pounds
• Capability to walk in/around facilities, spending up to 50% of time outdoors, including climbing stairs and opening large doors

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service-centered sales environments such as retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service-based companies
• Valid driver’s license and use of your own vehicle for travel between work locations (mileage reimbursement available)
