Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

Employees become eligible for full-time benefits by working an average of 20+ hours per week.

Schedule

Flexible and full-time schedules between the hours of 9:30 AM and 6:00 PM (weekends until 5:00 PM).

Responsibilities

• Work independently at multiple locations, both inside and outside
• Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies
• Perform daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits
• Assist customers with payment reminders and collections
• Transport, lift, and move items weighing up to 35 pounds
• Walk in and around facilities, spending up to 50% of time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors
• Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks, such as sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds and curb appeal

Requirements

• Experience in customer service-centered sales environments (e.g., retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service-based companies)
• Valid driver’s license and use of your own vehicle for travel between work locations (mileage reimbursement provided)

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 35 pounds
• Capability to walk in and around facilities, including climbing stairs and opening large doors
• Willingness to work outdoors up to 50% of the time
