About the role

Our Client is seeking a professional, customer-focused Customer Service Sales Support Representative to support customers and the sales team by delivering exceptional service, coordinating communications, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring an outstanding client experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client phone calls and emails professionally and promptly
• Assist customers with service requests and documentation
• Support sales communications and account updates
• Recommend products and services based on customer needs
• Maintain accurate client records and reports
• Coordinate communication across departments
• Escalate complex issues appropriately
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environment

Requirements

• Customer service or sales support experience required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel required
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Professional and dependable work ethic
• Insurance or financial services experience is an asset
• Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Must live within 20–30 minutes of Painesville, Ohio

Pay and Schedule

Compensation: $40,000 – $45,000 per year. Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Job Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire | Permanent
