Customer Service & Sales Representative
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their insurance coverage needs and provide suitable recommendations.
- Aid in selling insurance policies, processing paperwork, and following up with clients.
- Schedule new appointments for the lead agent.
- Address inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide exceptional service to maintain client satisfaction.
- Analyze client requirements and explain insurance options in a clear and concise manner.
- Maintain accurate records, update customer information, and ensure efficient office operations.
- Conduct community outreach, events, and local marketing to consumers and businesses.
Requirements
- Must obtain or possess valid Property & Casualty insurance license in Minnesota.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or insurance industry is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn and grow within the insurance industry.
- Able to work Monday to Friday during regular business hours in our Mankato, Minnesota office.

Qualifications
Licensing: WE COVER THE COST. Must obtain or possess valid Property & Casualty insurance license in Minnesota.
