Customer Service & Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with product inquiries, pricing, and order status.
• Process customer orders from quote through delivery with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Identify customer needs by asking thoughtful questions and recommending the best solutions.
• Prepare quotes and support customers throughout the sales process.
• Coordinate with warehouse personnel to ensure timely shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment.
• Support the outside sales team with account management and exceptional customer service.
• Maintain accurate customer and order records within company systems.
• Resolve order discrepancies, shipping issues, and customer concerns professionally.
• Collaborate with teammates to deliver an outstanding customer experience every day.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, inside sales, account management, or a relationship-focused role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build customer trust.
• Comfortable spending a significant portion of the day assisting customers over the phone.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Computer proficiency and experience with order entry or ERP systems is a plus.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
• Previous experience in the commercial pipe industry is a plus, but not required.

Preferred Qualifications

Pay

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour (DOE)
