Customer Service & Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular contact with customers in O'Fallon, MO, US, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any inquiries or issues promptly
• Provide professional customer service to policyholders by handling questions about insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy adjustments, claims processing, and billing inquiries
• Ensure timely responses to customer emails in O'Fallon, MO, US, by offering detailed answers to their questions and resolving any concerns they may have
• Identify opportunities for upselling to existing customers in O'Fallon, MO, US, and present additional coverage options to them

Qualifications

• Looking for a committed individual eager to excel in a customer service position within the insurance industry
• Skilled in effectively managing multiple tasks simultaneously to ensure timely completion
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are a must
• Demonstrates professional phone etiquette and demeanor consistently
• Prefers candidates with a valid Property Casualty and/or Life Health Insurance license
• Positive approach towards both independent work and collaboration with a team
• Strong problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries efficiently
• Proactive and self-motivated to take initiative across all aspects of the role
