Responsibilities
- Maintain regular contact with customers in O'Fallon, MO, US, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any inquiries or issues promptly
- Provide professional customer service to policyholders by handling questions about insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy adjustments, claims processing, and billing inquiries
- Ensure timely responses to customer emails in O'Fallon, MO, US, by offering detailed answers to their questions and resolving any concerns they may have
- Identify opportunities for upselling to existing customers in O'Fallon, MO, US, and present additional coverage options to them
Qualifications
- Looking for a committed individual eager to excel in a customer service position within the insurance industry
- Skilled in effectively managing multiple tasks simultaneously to ensure timely completion
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are a must
- Demonstrates professional phone etiquette and demeanor consistently
