Responsibilities

• Lead management and scheduling – handle inbound and outbound customer communications while organizing work and managing schedules for our Service Professionals (most scheduling will be done via estimates sold by the project manager)
• Make recommendations and manage customer expectations by guiding them through the lead-to-sold process
• Create life-long customers by delivering attentive service, setting clear expectations, and earning trust
• Ensure quality of work by meeting and exceeding customer expectations at every touchpoint
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering an amazing customer experience
• Prioritize efficiency – perform tasks well and in a timely manner

Requirements

• Background in construction, home improvements, restoration, or building maintenance
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Excellent customer communication and independent work skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Self-starter with professional communication and phone skills
• Computer experience with Microsoft Office and Excel
• Must live within the area
• Must pass a background check

Pay
