Customer Service & Route Sales Representative | $23/hr + OT

About the Role

This is an active, customer-facing position where you'll visit established customers throughout your assigned route. You'll deliver and restock products, service commercial dishwashing equipment, solve problems, and identify additional products to help their operation. This role is ideal if you prefer staying active over sitting at a desk and enjoy building relationships.

Responsibilities

• Service 6–11 customer locations per day using a company vehicle
• Deliver and restock cleaning and sanitation products
• Talk with customers and maintain strong relationships
• Inspect and perform preventative maintenance on commercial dishwashers
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues
• Identify additional customer needs and recommend appropriate products
• Ensure customers are taken care of before moving to the next stop

This is a physical role involving driving, lifting, loading/unloading, bending, crouching, and working with equipment. Flexibility is important as routes may vary due to traffic, customer needs, or unexpected service issues.

• Enjoy building relationships with customers
• Experience in customer service, sales, restaurants, hospitality, route delivery, merchandising, retail service, or another fast-paced environment
• Like staying active and working with your hands
• Comfortable working independently
• Stay calm when plans change unexpectedly
• Dependable and understand that customers and teammates rely on you
• Interested in learning mechanical troubleshooting and repair

No commercial dishwasher repair experience is required—training is provided.

Pay

$23/hour + overtime and on-call pay. Anticipated annual earnings: $60,000–$65,000.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, typically 7:00 AM–4:30 PM (45+ hour workweek). On-call rotation approximately every 10 weeks.
